BEST AND DELICIOUS BANANA SMORES

I love banana boats!! I made these camping with Girl Scouts. I recently made them for my husband, who thought I was crazy, but after his first bioe he loved it! Great dessert!

Pretty good. My kids liked them. But I had to leave it in the oven much longer. Will definitely do these again!

traditional s’mores are too sweet for us, the bannana balances the sweetness and healthy too! we use left over hween choco candies, just chop up and add instead of the choco chips. in the oven, we dont fully wrap the foil, but more loose and open to melt the choco faster. the foil does help keep any juice fm the bannana fm leaking out.

I have been doing this since I was 11 years old! Now that I have my own kids I do it with them and it’s a huge hit. This summer we went to Yosemite with a large church group and everyone sat at our campfire just to have these!!! They’re wonderful!

A very interesting recipe. It was the first time I’ve ever had anything like it, and I must say they’re delicious. I had to cook mine in the oven longer than 5 minutes, more along the lines of 12.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Banana
1 Tbsp of Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp of Graham Crumbs
5 g of Dark Chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel and slice your banana open

2. Place 1 heaping Tbsp. of marshmallow fluff in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds. The fluff will rise, but don’t stir it. Just very quickly spread it on your banana halves with a knife.

3. Top with about 1 tsp in total of graham crumbs (I crush down some graham cracker and keep a bag for when I make this treat)

4. Then I take ½ square (5g) of Lindt 70% dark chocolate and melt in a small microwave safe bowl, heat for 30 seconds. Then turn chocolate piece over and repeat until it is melted, usually 3-4 intervals. Yes, the chocolate is a very small piece but I promise it is enough, I learned that a little goes a long way!

5. Use a small spoon and drizzle the melted chocolate over your banana, voila there you have it!
