BEST BAKED HAM NOODLE CASSEROLE WITH PEAS

INGREDIENTS:
- 12ounces bite-sized pasta,(gluten-free OK)
- 2tablespoons all purpose flour,(gluten-free OK)
- 2tablespoons butter,
- 2 1/2cups milk,
- 1 1/2cups shredded Italian blend cheese,
- 7ounces ham steak,cubed
- 1cup frozen peas,
Topping
- 1/2cup shredded Italian blend cheese,
- 2tablespoons butter,
- 1/3cup breadcrumbs,(gluten-free OK)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions, and drain.

While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add flour to melted butter, and whisk until combined.
