BEST BAKED ZUCCHINI FRIES

Delicious! These crispy critters came out great. Next time I’ll add some seasonings to the bread crumbs like the others stated because they were a little bland. However, we ate them with Ranch dressing…yum! I’ll definitely make these again!
Yum, I was trying to get more veggies in. This was a great recipe. I also added some onion powder and garlic salt to jazz up the zucchini. Do a good job of shaking off the extra egg otherwise your breadcrumb and cheese mix will get soggy. I highly recommend this recipe for zucchini fries:)
Easy and delicious! To give it a bit more flavor, I added oregano, parsley, and garlic salt. I also used about half as many bread crumbs. This recipe also works with yellow summer squash. 🙂
Absolutely mouth watering. All my guys loved it and so did I. I cannot seem to make enough. I have made these too many times now to count. Bravo! ??
These were really tasty. Like fried food but without the guilt! Second time I made as larger slices instead of fries since it was quicker and easier to dip & coat. My husband thought they were very yummy too.
They were great, I sliced them a little thinner and baked them for about 13 Mins on each side. Even my 1.5 year old son ate them! FINALLY I got him to eat some veggies.
INGREDIENTS:

1 large egg white
⅓ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ tsp. garlic powder (optional)
cooking spray
salt and fresh pepper
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl, beat the egg whites and season with salt and pepper. In a ziplock bag, place the breadcrumbs and garlic powder; shake well. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Dip the zucchini sticks into the egg and then place into the bread crumb mixture, a few at a time and shake to coat.
Place the breaded zucchini in a single layer and spray more cooking spray on top …
