BEST BREAKFAST CASSEROLE IN THE CROCK POT OVER NIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of cooked crumbled sausage
2 cups of bread cubes
8 eggs slightly beaten with 1 cup of milk
2 cups of hash browns frozen
2 cups of mild Cheddar Cheese grated

DIRECTIONS:

Place half of the hash brown frozen potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot, then half of the cooked sausage then half of the cheese
then half of the bread cubes. The start over with the hash browns, then the remainder of the sausage, then the bread cubes, last the cheese. Salt and pepper the potatoes and the bread layers. Also add salt to the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the top and turn on low cook over night for 7 to 8 hours. Each crock pot is different. I like to serve this with fresh tomatoes diced over the top with a little more salt. Enjoy for a cold morning with your juice and coffee.
