Best Butterscotch White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients :

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened to room temp.
2 eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
