INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¾ cup low fat milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup spring onions
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tbsp dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder and pepper, heat olive oil and sauté both sides until golden brown.
