BEST HONEY BUTTER FRIED CHICKEN

est Honey Butter Fried Chicken tossed in a sauce infused with fresh garlic and red crushed pepper. The entire family will love this recipe!
What I love most about this honey butter fried chicken aside from itās sweet and salty combo, is that its bone-in fried chicken in a cast iron skillet, then covered in a honey butter sauce.
Basically, the real thing. I didnāt want this to be grilled nuggets, baked chicken, or chicken tenders tossed in sauce. Although all those sound good too, I was just in the mood for the real thing. Bone-in fried chicken is King. Period.
Letās talk about the sauce, itās simple but I love how well it goes with this fried chicken. How can you not love fresh garlic, butter, honey, and salt?

TIPS:
Fry the chicken on each side for about 8-10 minutes.
Finish cooking the chicken in the oven until a cooking thermometer reaches 165 F.
Always fry the chicken at room temperature.
Do not use olive oil or coconut oil.
Use peanut or canola oil for best results.
Brine the chicken in a salt/water brine.
