1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup onions, finely diced
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional
