EASY HOMEMADE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN TERIYAKI
It’s super yummy and low fat so win win!!!

INGREDIENTS :

  • Half of a fresh pineapple,chopped
  • 1 onion,diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper , diced
  • 4 asparagus, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
  • 1 large raw chicken breast ,cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce ( I used Panda House mandarin teriyaki)

DIRECTIONS :

  1. In a large skillet heat up 2 tbsps Olive oil on medium heat
  2. Add your chicken then sauté until fully cooked
  3. Add the red pepper and onion
  4. Sauté them for about 2 minutes
  5. Then add your garlic, asparagus,pineapple and the teriyaki sauce
  6. Cook over low heat for an addition 3 minutes so the flavor of the sauce soaks into every bite.
  7. * Because the teriyaki sauce has plenty of sodium in it, you do not have to add any additional salt to this recipe.
  8. I serve it over birds eye frozen veggie rice.
