KENTUCKY BUTTER CAKE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

– White cake mix: 1 box

– Egg: 2 {whisked}

– Butter: 1/3 cup {melted}

For the Glaze;

– Butter: 1/4 cup

– Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup

– Water: 1 tbsp

– Vanilla: 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

1. For the cookies- Set first the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Then pick large bowl and combine in cookie ingredients and mix until completely incorporated. That’s right, dough will be thick.

3. Make sure to scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet using a medium sized cookie scoop {or heaping tablespoon}.

4. You’ll want to bake for 7 to 8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4 to 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. And please repeat until all of the dough is baked.
