1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter

Cake:
1 7/8 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8-inch by 10-inch baking dish.
