SPECIAL HONEY GARLIC SALMON

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 salmon filets, skin on
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
• chopped parsley for garnish, if desired
