SPECIAL SIRLOIN STEAK WITH GARLIC BUTTER

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks
• salt and pepper to taste
