THE BEST BAKED BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs beef tenderloin tips, stew meat, or chuck roast
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 cup water
1 4oz can mushrooms
Egg noodles, cooked
