EASY CRUNCHY TACO CUPS

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of lean ground beef, drained.
1 sachet (3 tablespoons) of Taco Seasoning.
A can (10 ounce) of chopped tomatoes and green peppers.
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.
24 wonton wrappers.

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, mix the beef, tacos, and tomatoes together until well combined.
In a generously sprinkled standard-size muffin box, line the wonton wrappers and put 1 tablespoon of the taco mixture in each one.
Cover the taco mix with 1 tablespoon of cheese, press down and add a second layer of wonton roll, and the taco and cheese mix on top.
